10 Minutes Microwave Recipe of Palak Paneer
So here I was almost moved with the sudden information of unexpected guest invasion for dinner. I almost felt myself lost in some abandoned island and almost in the middle of the nowhere. The clock already ticked at 8 p.m., it was a Tuesday and I was just back from work. Hence, I dint have much time to recuperate from the shock because guests were already on their way for whom I had to get down to cook. I rummaged through the refrigerator; thankfully I found paneer and spinach. They came as a savior to me and this is what I made for my guests. An easy to cook yet delicious recipe of paneer and I fondly named it Yummy Spinach Paneer. My weapons for war were a simple microwave cookware or rather bowl and a spatula.
